Zone Variance Granted

Several months before last school year was over, we were made aware that we were being re-zoned for a different school, one that we weren't necessarily thrilled about. The next few months we talked to a lot of people and figured out all our options and still decided that we wanted Evan to go to the school we always thought he'd go to. So, a zone variance is what we opted for.
About three weeks ago a letter came in the mail saying that it was accepted. We were excited and so was Evan. All his pals from his preschool and church would be going to the same school so he was glad it all worked out.

We are really excited for Evan to start Kindergarten. He is WAY ready. He is already reading, writing, knows his shapes, colors, numbers, address, and telephone number. I know he will really enjoy being in school and learning.

If he already knows that stuff, I hope he doesn't get bored. You'll love our school.
